THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to our Martech team in Portugal

As a member of the ever-growing Martech team at Wellhub, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a data-focused culture and helping drive unique strategic initiatives. In this highly malleable role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing data operation of Wellhub’s growth strategy, products, technologies, tools, and technical solutions. This includes (but is not limited to) defining and enforcing efficient operational processes, generating and governing of business focused dashboards, educating business stakeholders on dashboards and datasets, developing analytical insights and analysis and working with multiple global teams within the business to provide solutions as a strategic partner.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop recommendations and drive improvements to data standards, processes, definitions within your business area;
  • Work closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into analyses and dashboards;
  • Lead cross-departmental projects and initiatives with autonomy;
  • Partner with team leaders globally by providing analytical insights through accessible business oriented data sets and visual data dashboards;
  • Be an active participant in discussion with various global teams and have a voice in the direction of the business;
  • Identify insights that will impact the broader business by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functional areas;
  • Consult with managers and team leaders; work with them to turn vague or poorly defined issues into clearly addressable problems/questions that is measurable;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations;
  • Excellent SQL skills required - ability to translate a business request into code that answers a question;
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation;
  • Relevant work experience in analytical roles within B2B and B2C marketing contexts;
  • Expertise in lead management - ability to track and analyze lead journeys to improve conversions and align sales and marketing efforts, supporting revenue growth;
  • Advanced end-to-end user journey analysis: ability to examine and optimize user journeys from initial acquisition through various marketing channels, guiding them through the customer funnel to conversion;
  • Experience with managing stakeholders requests, pushing for prioritization and impact;
  • Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non technical audience;
  • Experience building data visualizations (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc);
  • Experience creating Data Tables for Departmental Consumption;
  • A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion;
  • Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions/
  • Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical team members;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Nice to have:
    • Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture;
    • Experience working with data engineers;
    • Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environments.
