IT Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and support our Relativity financial applications and integrations with various internal systems. 
• Analyze and understand billing data to ensure data quality. 
• Customize and automate our internal and external processes. 
• Participate in our Agile Scrum processes and rituals. 
• Produce high quality code in an effective manner. 
• Troubleshoot issues by fixing defects and responding to client specific problems. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience in Microsoft .NET using C#. 
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies. 
• Experience working with Agile development and CI/CD methodologies. 
• Strong communication, team-work, and problem solving skills. 
• Fluency in English.  
• Microsoft Azure certifications is a plus. 
• Salesforce, Jira, or ETL development is a plus. 
• Financial or sales experience is a plus. 

Compensation

• Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices 
• This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 186 000 and 279 000 PLN  gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
