Information Systems Analyst

What will your job look like:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet organizational needs as a Jira/Atlassian Admin.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, and JSM, including the creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with various Jira and Confluence add-ons, such as Structure, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, CF++, JMWE, Xray, etc.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business processes supported by Jira.
• Gather requirements and improve business process workflows in Jira and Confluence, identifying functionality gaps.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on how to effectively use Jira and Confluence, including new features.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Jira/Atlassian Admin or in another ALM application.
• Strong project management skills are essential- must.
• Experience in process development and workflow management.
• Familiarity with add-ons such as ScriptRunner, Xray, EazyBi, and Structure -  a significant advantage.
• Experience with both Data Center and Cloud environments is highly desirable-  a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python) - an advantage.
• Experience with Jira REST API development - an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• High proficiency in English.
