  • Manage and build integrations between Atlassian tools and other systems and platforms within our environment, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and external applications. Collaborate and advise other developers on the Enterprise Platforms team on Jira and Confluence integrations with ServiceNow.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Atlassian tool usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and promote the adoption of Atlassian tools across the organization. Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for all Atlassian-related queries, ensuring that users feel supported and empowered.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Atlassian applications, including server configuration, database tuning, and system maintenance tasks. Implement scalability solutions to accommodate growing user demand and data volume.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data governance measures according to Atlassian guidelines and within IBKR's security framework. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry information security and privacy standards.
  • Identify automation, streamlining, and innovation opportunities to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to individuals of various technical ability
