Job Description:
A detail-oriented Visualization Intelligence Analyst with expertise in transforming complex data into clear and actionable visual insights. Proven track record in developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making across various business functions. Adept at storytelling with data, leveraging analytical skills to communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, to present data insights in a user-friendly manner.
Data Analysis: Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives and inform strategic initiatives.
Storytelling with Data: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement through visualization techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and provide tailored visualization solutions.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough data validation and cleaning processes.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions and resources to empower staff in leveraging visualization tools and understanding data insights.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and familiarity with data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, Google Big Query).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
