What you will do

  • Overlook the architecture of at least two Value Streams
  • Help the Solution Architects with the definition of the best practices and architecture standards, considering the company strategies and the market trends.
  • Stay aligned with Engineering Managers and Directors for scaled technical decisions
  • Participate in high level requirements meetings, being the architectural reference and be responsible for high level solution
  • Responsible for suggesting new tools and technologies to solve the problems.
  • Manage and align the requirements with Product team to guarantee what the services should do, and not how.
  • Talk and elaborate ideas and raise issues for technical and non-technical people as well.
  • Stay looking out for improvements for solutions across the contexts.
  • Responsible for guaranteeing the critical flow in more than one Value Stream level
  • Bring visibility across products and spreading solutions to different areas and audiences
  • People management and technical mentoring Solution Architects


What you will need

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
  • Experience with backend with strong skills in Java.
  • Advanced knowledge with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC) or similar.
  • Experience in Microservices architecture, synchronous and asynchronous communication protocols and patterns between services.
  • Experience in Cloud platforms
  • Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in Kubernetes
  • Experience in design patterns and best practices of development.
  • Experience in Event Driven Architecture
  • Experience in Monitoring Tools
  • Experience in people management
