Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end development using React.js and Next.js. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in the implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications, SEO-optimized web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to strategic technical decisions.Primary Skill sets:

• Development and maintenance of advanced web applications using Next.js.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and SEO compliance.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security, leveraging server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, and product management to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the team's codebase maintains a high standard of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web technologies and integrate them where appropriate.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical ownership and estimations.

• Hands-on experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with tools like Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and SEO auditing tools.
• In-depth understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendering (CSR).
• Proven experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications.
• Expertise in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.

• Experience with AI-powered features such as AI-driven recommendations, chatbots (OpenAI API, LangChain), or ML model integration in web applications.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with GTM, Google Analytics for SEO
• Ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative, drive projects to completion, and be accountable for deliverables.
• Prior experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
