This individual should maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging technologies.

Java 8+
SQL DB
ORM knowledge (at least one of the following: Hibernate, EclipseLynk, Spring JPA)
Nice to have: Angular
Unit Testing (JUnit or Apache Spock)
