How You Make a Difference:

 What you need to know about the role: Reltio is seeking a talented and experienced leader to head our Machine Learning team, driving the development of AI-driven solutions that will shape the future of Reltio’s entity resolution engine. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of ML Scientists and be responsible for managing a portfolio of ML solutions in the Risk domain. Your goal will be to optimize the customer journey through personalized, thrilling experiences and protection. Meet the team: With a strong background in Machine Learning and practical experience in building and implementing large scale predictive models to solve business problems, you will help to bring insights and identify additional opportunities from Data & Machine Learning to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on engineering management
  • Design and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions using predictive and generative AI solutions for Reltio’s MDM platform.
  • Participate in developing and implementing machine learning strategies, frameworks, and best practices and drive the adoption of ML/AI solutions throughout the organization.
  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Machine Learning Team, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire an execution unit with Data Scientists, data engineers, Integration, UI and ML SDET members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team's success in meeting project goals..
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and execution of Machine Learning projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, and other Engineering teams, to align data unification initiatives with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization, driving efficiency and scalability in data unification operations.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the fast changing world of Machine Learning and AI, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance our offerings.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product development and engineering using python technology stack with practical experience in building, implementing and integrating large-scale predictive models.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing Machine Learning team with proven track record for timely delivery
  • Strong background in Machine Learning with Good knowledge of ML methodologies, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
  • Good knowledge in cloud based development in AWS/GCP/Azure (any of these).
  • Good knowledge of Data Engineering methodologies and ETL execution platforms e.g. BigQuery or Databricks
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, communicate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related analytical field.

Good to have:

  • Experience in Master Data Management
