SDEs take ownership of their code and work closely with others to develop new features as well as efficiently address reported defects in ways that delight our customers. Using an Agile/Scrum methodology, SDEs discuss requirements, propose solutions, estimate their work, and then collaborate with others through the entire life cycle.

Role & Responsibility

Follow the established Agile/Scrum methodology for software design, development, code reviews, and testing; ensuring product quality and reliability
Design, develop and integrate solutions (both hardware and software) that can be shipped on time while complying with standards for usability, security, stability, reliability, and performance.
Implement New Functionality
Bugfix of existing code / technical debt
Writing technical documentation
Code review.

Required Skills

BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
English level starting from B1
4+ years in C and C++ development.
Experience in Win API architecture
Git knowledge
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Experience writing unit tests and validating code to assure stable code.
Knowledge of ALM suites such as JIRA
A strong understanding of relational databases and know how to read and write SQL queries.
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Desired Skills

Understanding of CI/CD approach.
Understanding of shared libraries.
Experience in Powershell.
PostgreSQL or similar DB knowledge.
Knowledge of Linux is benefit.
Understanding of Hyper-V, Microsoft AD and other Microsoft products.
