MoneyLion is on a mission to be the go-to destination for customer financial guidance and solutions. The Senior Analytics Manager will develop new and groundbreaking data analytics centered around the MoneyLion customer and our in-house content ecosystem of financial guidance. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, business acumen and an entreprenueral spirit to help create new analytics, insights and reporting for highly visibile and key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director, Marketing Strategy in developing insights and tooling that enable the organization to understand customer product adoption and retention
  • Evaluate the efficacy of our in-house financial content assets (e.g. FinTok) and distribution channels (i.e. in-app, lifecycle) in driving customer engagement and conversion to both owned and our affiliate partners
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that “tells a story” for marketing, product, content production and enterprise sales teams
  • Conduct deep analysis on the driving factors of customer LTV and app usage
  • Manage content attribution and conduct incrementality analysis to determine impact of different financial content assets and creatives within our App and in our lifecycle marketing
  • Implement proper data tagging and manage data models

About you

  • 5+ years experience in banking, fintech, adtech or consulting
  • 5+ years experience in data analysis and data visualization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the innate desire to answer “why”
  • A strong problem solver with experience overcoming ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing and experience applying them
  • Proficient in SQL, profiency in Python a plus
  • Experience working with Marketplaces or Affiliate partnerships a plus
