About the Role

Twitch is passionate about delivering quality Customer Support to its community members. We are enhancing the current experience and improving for the future. With Salesforce Service Cloud at the core, our eco system spans AWS services, in-house solutions and several 3rd party tools.

As the Systems Engineer on this team, you would report to an engineering manager and will be based in Austin (or Seattle) Twitch offices. You are a person who understands customer obsession and wants to build a culture of customer-first partnerships across all boundaries, and has the desire to evolve the value of Twitch's Enterprise Platform engineering organization. You will contribute to our goal of improving the operational efficiency across engineering and our business.

You Will:

• Perform configuration and customization to support process automation with long-term reliability and scalability on the CRM ecosystem containing Salesforce, AWS and App-exchange solutions.
• Support user base across US, EU and APAC through access management, analytics, training docs and walkthroughs while addressing questions on multiple communication channels.
• Create user stories, tasks and defects based on user inputs. Work with reporters to determine the requirements or information to reproduce the issues and establish their priority.
• Perform daily operational tasks involving status checks, Error logs analysis and tracking of high impact defects / high priority stories along with release management and on-call rotation.
• Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, system security and compliance.

You Have:

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration
• Build, test, debug, and maintain enterprise scale software applications
• Experience using with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification

Bonus Points

• 2+ years AWS Experience, including Redshift, AppFlow, S3 and Cloudwatch
• Certified Service Cloud Consultant with vendor engagement experience
• Experience using SDLC, CI / CD and communication tools (Jira, Git, G-suite, Gearset, Jenkins, Circle CI)
• You are a gamer; you understand the gaming world; you are a streamer/partner; you love Twitch; you know the Twitch product

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut, Washington and New Jersey is $104,500 - $160,000 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
