About the job
Pre-Sales Solutions Architect are the primary technical contact for our clients and prospects during the first phases of their AI project.
Reporting to the Head of Solutions Architect, they engage deeply with technical contacts and C-level executives to build AI-powered solutions that meet their business needs.
We need individuals who can develop positive relationships with our customers, learn their requirements, and work to bring AI solutions that enable their success.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI development, deployment, or consulting.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow/Keras and Pytorch
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
- Experience with DevOps and MLOps methodologies.
- Experience with Nvidia products such as Nvidia GPUs portfolio, Nvidia DGX hardware, Nvidia software.
- Notion of frameworks/SDKs like Nvidia TAO, Nemo, TensorRT or Nvidia Triton
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on AI solutions for our customers.
- Conduct customer discovery calls to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Develop and present proposals that demonstrate the value of AI solutions to our customers.
- Work with our engineering team on new AI solutions.
- Support customers on how to use AI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Write blog posts and articles about AI solutions to help educate our customers and prospects.
Location
This position can be either based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France) with partial remote working possible
