SUMMARY:

The People Analytics Specialist is responsible for leveraging data to enhance the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on optimizing employee performance, retention, and overall workforce management. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on workforce trends to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making across the HR function. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collect and maintain accurate employee data from various HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
  • Analyze HR data related to recruitment, workforce planning, turnover, compensation, benefits, and performance.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to track key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Manage and analyze employee leveling data to ensure consistent application of job leveling across the organization.
  • Provide insights into compensation trends, including global market analysis, benchmarking, and support during annual merit cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and organizational leaders to provide data-driven insights that identify trends in employee behavior, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with HRIS team to enhance the functionality of HR systems and tools.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Hi-Bob) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
