Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Data Operations Team. This role will focus on supporting the design, build, and operation of dashboards and visualizations that empower various business teams to make data-driven decisions. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, create scalable reporting solutions, and ensure the seamless operation of BI tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand their requirements and design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth integration and availability of data across systems, ensuring it meets the needs of BI solutions.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and accuracy of BI dashboards, proactively resolving issues or discrepancies.
• Work directly with various business teams, such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to support their data visualization and reporting needs.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of dashboards and reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance BI processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of dashboard requirements, data flows, and user guides to ensure transparency and usability across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline concepts.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and experience with data management platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and propose creative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a data operations or analytics support role.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of dashboard performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
