Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in documenting, marketing, and evangelizing Workato’s innovative AI solutions that address real-world business use cases.

Your responsibilities will include creating user guides, diagrams, and documentation for internal and external use to demonstrate the value and impact of Workato’s AI solutions.

Preferred location: Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) are encouraged to apply for this position.

  • User Guides for:

    • Workato Builders

    • End Users

  • Architecture diagrams.

  • Leadership value proposition materials.

  • Sales Enablement materials/Competitive Intelligence.

  • Creating asset libraries/documentation of AI Agents and Modules describing what they are and how to use them.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing, technical writing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and interest in emerging AI technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply new technologies.

  • Familiarity with Workato or similar automation/integration platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.

  • Basic knowledge of diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) for creating architecture diagrams.

  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and the creation of sales enablement materials is desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, with strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills for creating impactful presentations.

  • Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript) for understanding and documenting software solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • High level of creativity and innovation when developing marketing materials and documentation.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for efficiently managing documentation and asset libraries.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Adaptable and open to receiving constructive feedback to refine and improve work continuously.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of AI and automation, showing passion for technology's role in solving business challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with various stakeholders, including technical staff, sales teams, and leadership.
