What you will do

  • Own and manage a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, while being an active resource for technical teams.
  • Design, create and deliver large scale technical programs in collaboration with globally distributed engineering and product teams.
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and executives to manage milestones, schedules, and budgets while maintaining project deliverables.
  • Develop and drive new processes, recommend tools while streamlining existing processes.

What you will bring with you

  • Experience managing and leading a team of TPM’s, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice. 
  • 5+ years experience working in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP) / Kubernetes and Container related products.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering large scale programs that impact long term business goals and revenue
  • Ability to charter teams through times of change with the ability to pivot and optimize for the business.
  • Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations, provide teams with valuable summations around action items and priorities.
  • Proficiency and experience with Google Suite, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field.

The U.S. annual base salary range for this full-time position is between $212,000 and $265,000 USD per year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience and education.
