Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements
Writing code and implementing the proposed solutions
Versioning and change management
Building and maintaining ETL processes
Ensuring data quality
Strong debugging skills to analyze and fix a defect in data process
Should be a good team played and a great collaborator

Qualification:

Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as data engineer or similar role
Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases
Should have worked on writing complex Queries, Procedures and functions.
Strong exposure to write ETL
Experience in Data collection from multiple sources and integrating based on business needs
Should have knowledge in SSIS, SSRS packages.
Should have worked with the MS Azure data engineering services
MS Azure services viz., AzureSQL, ADF, Blob etc
Proficiency in the English language.
Exposure to PowerBI
