Engineering at Brex

What you’ll do
As a backend Software Engineer II - Growth, you will help at Brex unlock the next millions of customers across various new verticals by designing and building highly efficient and scalable funnels. You will create intelligent systems to optimize conversion rates and drive operational efficiency. As one of the early engineers on this newly formed team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our growth trajectory and scale our sales and marketing functions through innovative solutions.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $152,000 - $190,000 USD, plus a strong equity package. The starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
