The Growth team is one of Tipalti’s most sought-after teams. The Growth team is responsible for innovating new ways to create and generate revenue for Tipalti as well as optimizing user acquisition. As well as walking the first steps into the PLG world.
Working in the Growth team includes working in collaboration with engineers from other teams, Product Managers, and analysts and affecting many products within Tipalti.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Be an essential part of leading a team of engineers building a new core product, creating true impact, and owning your team’s deliverables from planning stages to production.
• Be accountable for your team’s output, upholding a high technical bar while overcoming a multitude of technological challenges.
• Own empowering and coaching your people, organizing their work, setting goals, and making sure they are engaged.
• Refine methods of work, tools, and technologies.

About you 

• Extensive experience in a software development role.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams.
• Full-stack experience with a major web development stack (50/50% FE and BE): C#, Angular/React/Vue.
• Strong knowledge of software design and passion for creating high-standard code.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive people.
• Experience with microservices architectures and message broker tools (e.g. RabbitMQ) - A major advantage.
