Job Overview: 

We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Ruby on Rails Engineer who’s equal parts tech wizard and team player. This isn’t your average 9-to-5 gig. • Fix Stuff: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and staging issues—because nobody’s perfect. 

• Speed Things Up: Optimize app performance so it’s faster than your morning coffee run.

What You Bring: 

• Experience: 3+ years in the Ruby on Rails trenches. 

• Database Wizardry: You’re fluent in PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Testing Guru: RSpec, Capybara, or similar tools are second nature. 

• API Know-How: You’ve built and worked with RESTful APIs.
