Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Staff Technology Program Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, technical expertise, and a proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in the technology industry. As a Senior Technology Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape and ensuring that our projects align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear program roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, scope, and success criteria.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize potential program disruptions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and program performance metrics.
  • Regularly report on program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team in defining staffing needs and requirements for Bangalore

Required Experience/Skills 

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
