About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to become an expert in how our company operates and provide direction for a rapidly scaling instance. In this role you will work with Program Managers, Technical Architects and Business Stakeholders to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support business strategies and objectives. You will report into the Application Engineering Manager on the Business Applications team hubbed within our Product organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

  • Work with Program Managers and Technical Architects to craft the optimal solutions to the business problems identified by business leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
  • Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders
  • Experience integrating and configuring Salesforce connected apps such as: Formstack, Docusign, Hubspot, Cloudingo

We’re excited about you because…

  • A strong understanding of Salesforce.com with Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ technical requirements, system configuration and user requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer
  • Project management skills; the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must
  • Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases
  • Analytically strong with A+ written and verbal communications skills, and a self-motivated Salesforce enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced with all phases of the system development life cycle
  • Completed multiple end to end Salesforce CPQ implementations
  • Experience in supporting, designing, and developing Salesforce.com in a large enterprise environment
  • Hands on experience of Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick functionality including various featuresets like Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, Quote templates, Order management, Contract management and amendments
  • Expertise in Product catalog, Pricing Configuration and new product introduction CPQ set up.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits to build at scale
  • Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD
  • Hands on experience in performing complex data loads
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API’s on how to integrate with 3rd party tools
