We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer 4 to join our Release Engineering team. As a senior member of our Release Engineering, you will drive our release and deployment developer experience, observability, and platform engineering initiatives to enable teams across PagerDuty engineering. In this role you will lead technical decisions, and mentor team members while building robust, scalable infrastructure solutions that enhance our developer experience and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex platform engineering solutions
Drive architectural decisions for our CI/CD infrastructure and Kubernetes platform
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in platform engineering practices
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve developer experience and platform reliability
Design and implement scalable solutions for infrastructure automation using Terraform and other IaC tools
Lead post incident reviews and drive systematic improvements to prevent recurring issues
Collaborate with other engineering teams globally to define and implement platform standards
Champion observability and monitoring best practices across the organization

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles
Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and architecture
Strong track record of leading CI/CD and platform engineering initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
Advanced experience working on cloud-native infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with monitoring, observability and logging platforms (e.g. DataDog, New Relic, SumoLogic, Splunk, Grafana)
Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code, (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation)

Experience implementing and managing observability solutions
Experience with cost optimization and capacity planning

Key Responsibilities

You will work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to build features and solve customer problems.
You will build and ship new customer-facing features, working directly with a product manager, customer support team, and a team of engineers.

Basic Qualifications

You have 3+ years of development experience working on customer-facing SaaS applications and web-based systems.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Ruby)
You have experience working in an agile environment with iterative development and fast feedback.
Experience with modern AI assisted coding environments such as Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, etc.
You have experience with tools that ensure your high-quality work makes a smooth, automated, repeatable transition from your machine to our staging and production environments.
Solid understanding of web or service development basics (APIs, HTTP, JSON, REST)
Familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows (Git, pull requests, code reviews)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

The base salary range for this position is 115,000 - 165,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

The Mobilization Team is looking for a passionate software engineer to help us build the future of Schedules for the Operations Cloud. As an engineer on the team, you’ll be working on our scheduling platform which is a core piece of our business to help organizations distribute on-call responsibilities across their teams. You’ll help us realize the long term vision for the product to build innovative, flexible and extensible scheduling capabilities by architecting and building AI-native foundations (a suite of highly available services, scalable databases and reliable data streams accessed via an agentic framework). You will also have plenty of opportunities to partner with the product and design teams on shaping new products and features for our customers. You’ll also be responsible for promoting engineering excellence principles with our AI-first design, dev, test and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

From day one, you’ll be designing, coding, testing and shipping backend applications or micro-services, APIs or front-end interfaces that ensure we deliver secure, highly reliable and scalable solutions to our customers.
Since we own and operate what we build, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers across teams.
With 20,000+ global customers and growing, you’ll be solving really interesting technical challenges while helping to scale our product to keep up with demand.
Participating in your team’s on-call rotation, triaging and addressing production issues as they arise.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, and performance requirements.
Development experience working on customer-facing and web-based systems.
Demonstrated experience with Java/ Python, React, AI coding tools
You have built or worked on a customer-facing product

Preferred Qualifications

You have operational experience in a cloud technologies such as AWS
You have operational experience with databases & tools (e.g. MySQL, Aurora, Kafka, NoSQL, applying software engineering principles to data problems, etc.)
Experience building user-facing public APIs
You’ve had experience designing & implementing distributed and highly available systems

The base salary range for this position is 113,000 - 190,300 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

We're seeking a Software Engineer I to join PagerDuty's Notification Platform team. You'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing our event-driven notification systems, ensuring our customers receive critical alerts promptly and reliably. As a Software Development Engineer I, you’ll contribute to a core platform that sits at the heart of our Operations Cloud, learning from experienced mentors while shipping impactful, reliable software. You’ll collaborate across teams, grow your systems thinking, and see your work translate into meaningful outcomes for customers—faster recovery, fewer disruptions, and more time for teams to innovate.

Key Responsibilities

Ship product features end-to-end with guidance: design, implement, test, deploy, and iterate
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in our primary stack (e.g., Elixir, Java, JavaScript/Typescript, React)
Review peers’ code and incorporate feedback to raise code quality and consistency
Build and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) and help keep CI/CD pipelines healthy
Use dashboards to monitor and improve performance and reliability
Fix bugs, address regressions quickly, and learn from incidents
Follow secure coding practices and help protect user data and systems
Document decisions, APIs, and onboarding notes for future maintainers

Basic Qualifications

Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity, and basic systems design

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Ruby)
Solid understanding of web or service development basics (APIs, HTTP, JSON, REST)

Responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience in a high-growth technology company
Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GPT models) for code research, writing, testing, and accelerating the development lifecycle.
Strong technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com declarative development including Flow

Proven track record of building complex customizations and integrations in Salesforce
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification strongly preferred
