직책 소개

Amazon Interactive Video Service(IVS)는 생방송 동영상 서비스를 강화하기 위해 종단간 비디오 전송 및 시청자 참여 도구를 제공하는 Amazon Web Service입니다. IVS는 매달 10억 시간이 넘는 비디오를 전송하는 세계 최대 생방송 동영상 배포 네트워크인 Twitch Video를 지원합니다. 우리의 임무는 IVS를 통해 모두가 비디오 스트리밍 기술을 사용할 수 있도록 하고, 생방송 동영상 참여를 통해 다양한 커뮤니티를 만들 수 있도록 하는 것입니다.

선임 파트너 엔지니어(Senior Partner Engineer)로서 귀하는 비즈니스 개발, 제품팀 및 파트너팀 지원에 집중하고, Amazon IVS의 현재 및 미래 파트너와의 전반적인 기술 관계를 관리하여 지속 가능한 가치를 입증 및 개발합니다. 귀하는 Amazon IVS 파트너와 긴밀한 기술 관계를 형성하고 솔루션을 구축 및 통합하는 과정에서 믿을 만한 조언자 역할을 하게 됩니다. 특히 IVS 서비스와 SDK를 평가 및 통합하는 파트너를 지원하게 됩니다.

모바일, 동영상, 클라우드 인프라 경력을 바탕으로 클라이언트 측과 서버 측의 동영상 통합 문제를 해결합니다. 귀하는 파트너 요구 사항을 수렴하고 채택의 기술적 장애를 제거하며 광범위한 시청자에게 참여 인사이트를 제공합니다.

귀하는 제품 파트너십 이사(Director of Product Partnetships)의 관리 하에 아시아 태평양 전역에 있는 고객과의 계약 업무를 수행하게 됩니다. 이 포지션의 업무는 원격으로 진행되며, 후보자는 대만, 싱가포르, 한국, 일본 등에서 근무합니다.

자격 요건

• 솔루션 엔지니어링, 파트너 엔지니어링, 세일즈 엔지니어링, 테크니컬 어카운트 관리, 솔루션 아키텍처, 기타 고객 대응 엔지니어링 경력 5년 이상
• 컴퓨터 계열, 공학 계열, 기타 관련 계열의 학사 학위 소지자, 또는 관련 경력 12년 이상
• ​​Java, JavaScript, Go, C++, Python 등 프로그래밍 언어 하나 이상 능통자
• 백엔드 서비스, 프레임워크, 타사 개발자 API 등과 UX 요소를 통합한 경험
• 연구, 재생산 및 발견을 통해 기술적 문제를 이해하고 해결하는 능력
• 자율적으로 업무를 진행하고 완수하는 능력
• 여러 팀(제품, 엔지니어링, 디자인 및 마케팅)과 함께 업무를 진행한 경험
• 영어와 아시아어(중국어, 한국어, 일본어 중 하나) 능통자

우대 사항

• 미디어 프로세싱, 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크, 동영상 전송 프로토콜(RTMP, HLS, DASH, WebRTC 등) 경력 3년 이상
• 클라우드 기술 및 코드형 인프라 기반의 솔루션 설계/운영 경력 3년 이상
• Objective C/Swift(iOS), Java/Kotlin(Android), Javascript/React(Web) 등을 사용한 웹 또는 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 경력
• 컴퓨터 계열, 공학 계열, 기타 관련 계열의 석사 학위 소지자
• 영업팀 또는 파트너팀의 일원으로서 고객 만족도를 높이고, 고객 기대치를 충족하고, 제품 도입을 가속화한 경험을 가진 자

About the Role

Amazon Interactive Video Service (IVS) is an Amazon Web Service that provides end-to-end video delivery and audience engagement tools to power live video experiences. IVS powers Twitch Video, one of the largest live video distribution networks in the world that provides more than a billion hours of video each month. Our mission is to make streaming video technology available to anyone through IVS and to empower the creation of diverse communities through live video engagement.

As a Senior Partner Engineer, you will be focused on supporting Business Development, Product and Partner teams, overseeing the technical relationship with current and prospective partners of Amazon IVS to help demonstrate and lead continued value. You will build deep technical relationships with Amazon IVS partners and be a trusted advisor on their journey to build/integrate solutions for our customers. Specifically, you'll support partners during their evaluation and integration of the IVS service and SDKs.

Your experience with mobile, video, and cloud infrastructure will be used to resolve both client-side and server-side video integration challenges. You'll advocate for partner needs, remove technical obstacles to adoption, and communicate engagement insights to broad audiences.

You will report to the Director of Product Partnerships and lead engagements with customers throughout Asia-Pacific. This position is remote and can be located in Taipei, Singapore, Korea or Japan.

You Will:

• Be the primary technical contact for onboarding and integrations with strategic partners
• Resolve integration challenges with partner solutions to expedite the launch of IVS-powered customer applications
• Provide technical enablement sessions and best practices on integration with Amazon IVS to partners
• Consult with Business Development, Account Management, and Solutions Architecture teams to communicate the value of Amazon IVS, evaluate IVS product fit, and forecast onboarding effort with strategic partners
• Create feedback mechanisms and advocate for partner need to influence the development of new product innovations.
• Capture and share knowledge and best practices to the IVS partner community and allow AWS sales teams with partner solutions
• Accelerate and simplify customer onboarding of partners by creating technical artifacts including code samples, workshops, and demos
• Analyze partner landscapes and provide product recommendations
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to write white-papers, blog posts, best practices documents, and create other technical assets that directly help our partners success
• Use your coding and technical skills and your understanding of Amazon IVS (including APIs & SDKs) to create or help our strategic partners create solutions that solve joint customer challenges 

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or any other customer-facing engineering role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study, or 12+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Go, C++, Python, or similar.
• Experience integrating UX elements w/ backend services, frameworks, and 3rd party developer APIs
• Work and succeed with substantial autonomy
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages - Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese

Bonus Points

• 3+ years' experience in media processing, content delivery networks, and video delivery protocols like RTMP, HLS, DASH, and WebRTC
• 3+ years' experience architecting/operating solutions built using cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience developing web or mobile applications with Objective C / Swift (iOS), Java / Kotlin (Android), or Javascript / React (Web)
• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study
• Experience working as part of a sales or partner team to increase customer satisfaction, exceed customer expectations, and accelerate product adoption
