Senior BI Specialist

We are looking for our next Senior BI Specialist.

The purpose of a Senior BI Specialist is to provide regular reporting and analysis to various stakeholders within organization

• Providing regular and ad hoc analysis to various internal stakeholders (finance, sales, product and other).

• Providing analytical solutions supporting business operations incl. automation.

• Project management related to data, working in cross-functional and cross-country team to deliver best class BI/Reporting/Analysis solution.

• Developing and maintaining reports/dashboards in Tableau.

• Strong cooperation with Data Engineers by providing requirements and support during development (tests, verification if delivered product is in line with expectations).

• Ensure data quality and build credibility in delivered information.

• Providing training and support self-service for Tableau users.

• Drive BI and reporting best-practices and a standard way of working within the organization.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or Economy preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience within an international company on a similar position.

• Hands on experience in SQL.

• Understanding of relational database systems.

• Experience in using visualization tools like Tableau (preferred), Power BI or similar.

• Very good oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Ability of transforming internal stakeholders’ requirements into BI solutions (reporting, analysis).

• Hands on experience in working in cross-country projects.

• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.

• To be familiar working within an agile project environment
