Senior Backend Developer

Position

Interactive Brokers is seeking a back-end software engineer to drive the infrastructure development of a new educational app. This greenfield project promises to impact global financial literacy significantly and offers high visibility. The role demands the ability to work autonomously in server-side logic and integration. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the back-end infrastructure of a novel educational app.
• Ensure the responsiveness and scalability of the application.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Manage and optimize databases for application functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams from Interactive Brokers' other global offices.
• Solve technical issues across different areas, working hand in hand with front-end developers and other teams.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Minimum qualifications:
