About the role
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, reporting directly to an engineering manager. As a Technical Architect, he'll play a pivotal role within our in-house team, influencing critical decisions in a high-stakes, high-priority environment. We're looking for someone who thrives on driving change and showing initiative, ready to shape our sales process and contribute to our ongoing success. He will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of our systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.

You’ll be responsible for
- Creating comprehensive plans for integrating third-party services from start to finish.
- Identifying and addressing issues related to data flows and inconsistencies.
- Strategizing deployment plans to ensure efficient implementation.
- Taking ownership of the Salesforce tech stack, aligning its architecture with business objectives and stakeholder requirements within a high-priority environment.
- Driving change by providing insights to enhance Salesforce infrastructure, seizing opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Leading the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, covering APEX classes, Triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Controllers, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and SOAP & REST API Integrations.
- Conducting thorough analysis of existing systems and tools, identifying gaps, and offering recommendations for enhancements or replacements after cost analysis.
- Ensuring data integrity and governance within Salesforce, providing clear insights for accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Offering technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators on Salesforce best practices and architectural design.
- Staying updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proficiency in APEX classes, Triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and more.
- Experience with third-party integrations such as Hobspot, Salesloft, Lusha, etc.
- Experience with other CRM platforms and integrations is advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to explain complicated topics to non-technical employees.
- Showing initiative when issues arise.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
