Please note: We are focused on candidates located in Denver, New York, Austin, or Washington D.C., but support both remote or hybrid models in these locations. 

SUMMARY

The Wiz Salesforce Team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each sales team member is setup for success at every phase. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue.  

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help make the vision of our system a reality. You will work closely on processes and automations to help the company achieve its revenue target while providing the best user experience possible.   

This is a hands-on role. You will be asked to quickly learn the challenges of the business and find ways to simplify processes within our sales systems to increase productivity and efficiency. More importantly, the role requires a personality that promotes collaboration and unity.   

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create technical solutions for business needs using the Salesforce platform, leveraging flows, validation rules, and much more.  
  • Be a subject matter expert on all things related to Salesforce automations, with a focus on Flows
  • Document solutions and help maintain a constantly-up-to-date record of the state of the system
  • Handle Salesforce support caseloads and maintain a minimal case backlog  
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of new Salesforce process  
  • Create, edit, and configure Salesforce fields, reports, and dashboards 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in a SFDC Admin role 
  • Expertise on all things related to Salesforce automations, with a focus on Flows
  • The ability to roll up your sleeves and pour through data for irregularities and inconsistencies.  
  • A knack for finding simple solutions to problems in order to increase the productivity of your stakeholders.  
  • Strong SaaS business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  
  • A great sense of prioritization and time management.  
  • The ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.  
  • A strong understanding of core business processes across organizations, including sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services . 
  • Experience in supporting and administering the following systems: Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, O365, and Ironclad. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS experience 
  • Apex knowledge
