What you'll do

• Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing as a technical leader helping to develop and maintain a global product;
• Be responsible for the technical scope and deliveries of the team;
• Help amazing people to develop themselves as their manager;
• Keep developing your technical skills and collaborate with architects on technical solutions and code reviews.
• Be proactive to anticipate problems and help the team to solve them when it happens.
• Be the responsible to identify good opportunity of knowledge and workforce transfer between our cross structures, organizing and documenting it.
• Have the ownership feeling about your product, to be capable to help the Product and Design team to evolve it in the best way possible.
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.
• Ensure clear communication between the different teams and act as the ambassador of teams engagement initiatives;
• Be passionate about continuous improvements and learning mindset and cascade this mindset to the team.
• Lead technical project teams composed of technical project managers and scrum masters.
• Manage and mentor the team, supporting their career growth and performance, developing strengths and improvement areas, etc.
• Be the go-to person for Digital Agents solution topics in our global community.

 

 

What you'll need

• University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus)
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
• Experience in programming languages used by the team, API communication, debugging
• Experience with RESTful services and micro-services;
• Advanced knowledge in with design patterns and development best practices;
• Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, etc.;
• Basic knowledge about Databases (Mongo or similar)
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment
• Proven experience with Lean/Agile projects and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar). Agile certifications is a plus (CSM, A-CSM, PSM I, PSPO I CSPO, A-CSPO)
