The Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer is responsible for analyzing, modifying, and supporting the integration between Oracle Cloud CPQ, Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce Sales cloud, Marketing and other boundary systems under minimal supervision.

This position is in the Internal Applications department but works primarily with Business personnel and product owners to understand business requirements and help the business transform. This role will be focused in identifying and transforming business requirements into a technical solutions using OIC and related environment.

THIS ROLE IS FOR BANGALORE ONLY, CANDIDATES OUTSIDE INDIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design integration solutions using OIC, Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud,
    DBCS and OCI PaaS components
  • Utilize extensive expertise in PaaS, with a particular focus on Oracle's OIC, SOA Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, and VBCS, to effectively integrate and enhance SaaS Applications.
  • Develop integration strategy and architecture with project and other technical teams
  • Prepare the functional and technical design documentation, assist with any data mapping, error handling, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues and assist with appropriate resolutions
  • Monitor and communicate system performance metrics and works with internal staff and 3rd party vendors to resolve any issues
  • Provide technical leadership to PMO/ EA Leads including building detailed cutover plans, coordinating technical tasks with other teams, measuring, and tracking progress, managing key risks & issues, and reporting out status
  • Manage and monitor OCI services and service notifications
  • Develop Integrations between Oracle OSS, CPQ, Salesforce, EBS and other Legacy applications using OIC

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or master’s degree in computer science
  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience with ERP systems
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with the Oracle Integration Cloud, oracle BI and Oracle ERP integration through OIC
  • 5 years of experience in software development as a SME, and similar roles managing complex projects
  • Previous experience supporting Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP
  • 8+ years of experience in in SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle database
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively exert influence across teams without direct authority and especially towards senior management
  • Must be able to visualize, analyze, communicate and solve complex problems, and make disciplined decisions based on available information
  • Experience in all phases of software development, and testing lifecycles
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including executive leadership
  • Embrace challenging situations and enjoy solving complex problems
  • Oracle CPQ Integration will be a plus
