We're looking for a Tech Lead Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about building scalable, modern backend systems using Microsoft technologies and cloud-native patterns.

You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to design and deliver high-impact features, with an emphasis on CQRS, event-driven architecture, and cloud-first principles. We're also looking for someone who has spent at least 2 years in a Lead Engineer capacity, bringing strong leadership, mentoring, and architecture experience to the table.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain highly available backend systems and APIs.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers.
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
Work in a collaborative, agile team environment with product and design.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands-on backend development experience, primarily with .NET Core.
2+ years as a Lead Engineer or Technical Lead.
Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hubs).
Experience with NoSQL data stores and CQRS pattern.
Comfortable working with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A problem-solver mindset with attention to clean architecture and scalability.

Nice to Have

Experience in a high-scale, distributed environment.
Familiarity with event sourcing patterns.
Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Docker, Bicep/Terraform).
