PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 10,000 clients.

- Designing and implementing tools that will be used globally and will scale

- Working with several teams to make sure our processes are as automated as possible

- Working with the Security and Compliance team to help with our compliance effort and our ISO27001 certification

- Building automations around our SAAS catalog, specifically to ensure we’re paying for the right amount of licenses

- You have good communication skills, written and verbal, in English

- You have a slight obsession with automating things

- You are not afraid to say “I don’t know”, and you know how and where to search for information

- You like to do things on a large scale

- You  are "problem-solving" oriented, and technical challenges motivate you

- You have coding proficiency in these languages: Typescript and Python

- You have knowledge|significant experience on : Python, Javascript, React, Nest, Nx, Shell, Django, Docker, Ssh, SQL

- Bonus points if you know about : IAAC (Terraform), CI/CD, HTML/CSS

- You love a nicely build API and always prefer the CLI

- You want to work in an international and dynamic environment

Flexibility: We believe it is key to produce your best work and to be fulfilled. We therefore offer the possibility to work away from our office up to 2 days per week.
