As a BI Analyst at LetsGetChecked, you will provide multiple business units with actionable insights that improve business functionality, whilst working with the data from an end to end perspective.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work with the team leads to build, manage and maintain the BI & reporting pipeline
Translate business requirements into reportable metrics and performance indicators
Support all configurations and analysis for internal and external reporting
Conduct quality checks on data and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information, implementing necessary data validation processes and resolving any discrepancies or issues identified
Develop and maintain dashboards and perform statistical analyses to provide insights and recommendations, leveraging data visualization tools and advanced analytical techniques to enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.
Proactively communicate findings to all levels of management (oral, written, presentation)
Work in conjunction with the Data Science team to ensure inefficiencies are addressed

What are we looking for?

Degree in IT / STEM / Business
1+ years experience working as part of a BI & reporting function
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of SQL and Python
Strong knowledge of Looker and experience in developing dashboards
Strong knowledge of data and information management and data quality standards
