  • DevOps Tooling: Implement and support automation tools and systems for IT operations such as Docker, Kubernetes to enhance the deployment of IT services.
  • DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with the Internal business process automation team to bridge the gap between IT operations and software development, focusing on infrastructure automation, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD) workflows, mainly using Github Actions.
  • Technical Support for Internal Tools: Provide day-to-day support for internal business systems (eg. Google Workspace, Notion, Jamf, Pritunl VPN, Bitwarden) and cloud environments (AWS, Digital Ocean, Linode), managing requests related to access control and system configuration.
  • Monitoring and Incident Management: Maintain infrastructure monitoring systems (Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch) and lead the response to critical IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Automation and Optimization: Use automation tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, CloudFormation) to streamline processes and optimize infrastructure performance.
  • Cloud Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain best practices in cloud security, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Work with the security team to address vulnerabilities and enforce security protocols.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in an IT DevOps/Administrator role.
  • Solid understanding of *nix environments (Ubuntu preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD workflows and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, Docker).

  • Good understanding of networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, and security best practices.

  • Knowledge of Spanish.
