We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Growth Analytics and Automation Lead to join the Growth team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology and data science, demonstrating a robust understanding of both fields to drive our marketing strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities


  • Marketing Technology Platform Integrations:
  • Lead the integration of various marketing technology platforms to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless operation and communication between systems, leveraging tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.

  • Marketing Measurement:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions based on performance and ROI metrics.

  • Bidding and Automation:
  • Design and implement automated bidding strategies to optimize ad spend across digital channels.
  • Leverage data science and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing automation and streamline campaign execution.

  • Segmentation and Modelling:
  • Conduct sophisticated customer segmentation and build predictive models to identify key customer insights.
  • Perform analyses on customer lifetime value and tailor strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.

  • General Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align initiatives with broader business objectives and drive progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing and data science to drive innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of data science best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology, data science, or a related area.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically integrations with tools such as Segment.
  • In-depth knowledge of website analytics and app attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
  • Understanding in marketing measurement frameworks and execution of bidding and automation strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing data-driven marketing projects.
