Full Stack Technical Lead - .NET Core/Angular

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Architect robust backend services and appealing frontend interfaces, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Guide the development team through complex technical challenges, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and architectural frameworks, assessing their potential impact on current and future projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design) to define, design, and ship new features and functionality.
• Ensure code integrity and organization, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to project design and implementation.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Angular experience.
• Strong .Net core experience.
• Solid experience working with AWS services, containerization, ci/cd pipelines.
• Ability to coach, help and support peers, provide accurate estimation of work.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Object Oriented Programming and SOLID Principles.
• Advanced English skills.
