Front End Engineer: Analytics

Team Description

Team Titan works in the Analytics area of the Pendo product. With Pendo Analytics, our customers can track user behavior immediately across their web, mobile, and internal apps with Pendo’s retroactive analytics. Using those insights, they know which features users adopt or ignore, and see how they navigate their entire product portfolio. Our customers are able to make better, data-informed decisions that improve product adoption using the analytics solutions we provide.

Role Responsibilities 

• Write maintainable, high-quality code with input from peers
• Build an understanding of the technology and code within the team's domain
• Participate and make meaningful contributions to scrum team activities and ceremonies
• Step up and take ownership of work within the team, then break it down with input from peers
• Meaningful contributions to team’s commitments in feature delivery
• Balance competing priorities effectively
• Demonstrate self-awareness and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications  

• BS in Computer Science, 2+ years in software development.
• Experience working in modern frontend frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS, etc.) 
• Modern collaboration tools (such as git, npm, GitHub)
• Teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, passion for the frontend
• Strong attention to detail & understanding of trade-offs
• Strong Front End fundamentals in CSS, HTML, & JavaScript working with APIs
• State management experience (e.g. Vuex, Redux, Flux, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications 

• Highcharts, D3, or other visualization libraries
• Vue experience
• TypeScript experience

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, North Carolina is $105,000 - $120,00.

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
