• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.

• Bring best in class tech practices, tools, processes to drive tech development.
• Stay on top of technology trends and developments in particular web3 and blockchain innovation.

Requirements:

• 8 years working in software development.
• Strong skills in Core Java/Golang/Rust.
• Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
• Exceptional team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to delegate efficiently.
• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
