Primary job responsibilities:

·         Design and architect products for high performance and availability
·         Work closely with QA, Prof Svcs, Developers to drive product development
·         Responsible for coaching and mentoring development team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
·         Code review and design reviews
·         Track actual project cost against estimated cost
·         Motivating the highly energized team
·         Set goals and perform appraisals for team members
·         Understanding client requirements and provide estimation
·         Effectively communicate with key stakeholders
·         Effectively uses Jira for tracking and monitoring the team’s velocity.
·         Effectively monitors and moulds team members for best coding practices, ensuring proper coding guidelines are followed.
 
Required Skills:

         12+ years of experience of building successful production-quality software.
         Expertise in large-scale multi-tiered systems.
         Expertise in Core and Web Java, object-oriented design, analysis and design patterns, J2EE designing skills
         Strong hands on experience working on enterprise java technologies like Hibernate and EJBs.
         Please look at BFSI – banking or banking products background
         Please look at – Engineering background and not project management
         Should have Engg management experience including people.
         Should be from java/j2EE, REST, API, Microservices, SAO, Messaging technologies background and Mobile application. 
         Experience in managing Spring boot based microservice application is preferred
         He should have Hands-on experience in design, coding and deployment.
         Good to have skills – Secure Coding, Crypto Coding, Android/iOS development
         Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
         Focus on clean high-quality code and solid designs.
         Experience in Prepaid cards/wallet domain handling Banks and Fintech customers.
         Ability to work independently and with a small team.
         Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and cloud
         Ability to manage tasks for a team, work effectively with cross-functional teams
 
Qualification:BE /B Tech/MTech
