Internship Overview

We are excited to offer a 3 to 6-month internship program for students of IIIT Hyderabad. As part of the Highspot team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop key industry skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals. Successful interns may also qualify for full-time positions upon program completion.

Responsibilities

Contribute to developing and maintaining Highspot’s scalable SaaS platform with a focus on performance and user experience.
Work on key features such as content recommendations, predictive analytics, and AI-powered search that help sales teams make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate Highspot's platform with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
Build robust software systems with modern programming languages and frameworks like Ruby, Node.js, and React.
Contribute to optimizing our cloud infrastructure (AWS) for high availability, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes within our CI/CD pipeline.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and knowledge of DevOps practices.
Understanding of AI and machine learning, particularly for data analysis and recommendations. Exposure to building apps using LLMs and agentic frameworks will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work on large-scale, high-impact systems.
