The Director, Cloud Governance will be responsible for Diligent’s Incident, Problem, Release, Change, BCP, and Vendor Management practices. This includes designing the practices to be in line with Diligent Change Management, Business Continuity, Security, and other policies. Managing the roll out training, coordination and communication of all Service Management related processes and activities. This position is strategic as responsibilities cover ALL Diligent Products and Services that generate revenue.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating & maintaining policies, establishing process, enabling stakeholders, and validating proper controls are in place and measurable. We are looking for a team player with excellent communications skills, who is committed to continuously improving and delivering results.
