We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our central release team, with a strong focus on CI/CD, tooling, and application-specific DevOps practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building solutions around development workflows, and has a deep understanding of both infrastructure and application-level requirements with a history of working in a Product development environment.
You will play a key role in supporting engineering teams by improving and maintaining pipelines, deployments, and internal tooling—ensuring developers can move fast with confidence. Working closely with developers, QA, and product teams, you’ll help shape scalable DevOps practices that support experimentation, quality, and innovation.
Meet the job
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored to R&D workflows;
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth application delivery across environments;
- Develop tooling and automation to support application testing, deployment, and monitoring;
- Troubleshoot and optimize build and deployment processes to ensure reliability and speed;
- Advocate for DevOps best practices, helping to embed them into the development lifecycle;
- Support infrastructure as code and environment provisioning for both local and shared environments;
- Drive improvements to developer experience and internal platform tooling.
How about You
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer, with a strong focus on CI/CD and application-centric workflows;
- Solid knowledge of tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, GHA, or similar;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure;
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes);
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Ansible);
- Strong scripting or programming experience (e.g., Bash, Python, Go);
- Good understanding of modern software development workflows and R&D culture;
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in R&D or experimental software teams;
- Familiarity with Bitrise/Saucelabs;
- Experience with Java;
- Exposure to observability and monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK);
- Passion for enabling teams and improving developer productivity.
