Scope of Role:

 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Processing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Processing Analyst at Celigo, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights, contributing to the success of our iPaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with data.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract relevant data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain efficient processes for extracting data from diverse platforms.
• Merge disparate datasets to create comprehensive and unified views of customer and business data.
• Implement data merging strategies to enhance the overall quality of integrated data.
• Execute data deletion processes in compliance with data retention policies and regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of data deletion activities.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce for data manipulation, cleansing, and integration.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data workflows within these platforms.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for data processing tasks.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks after extraction, merging, and deletion processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any data discrepancies.
• Work closely with software developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and contribute to the overall success of our iPaaS solutions.

Key Skills:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data extraction, merging, and deletion.
• Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
• Organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• SQL or Python skills is also a plus
