Role Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Incode Technologies, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights. The role involves leveraging tools such as Amazon Redshift and Tableau to analyze and visualize data, providing key stakeholders with the information needed to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Query Optimization:

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Amazon Redshift.
- Enhance SQL queries for efficient data retrieval from Amazon Redshift.
- Supervise and improve data processing performance.

Data Integrity and Quality:

- Establish data validation checks to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Work with data engineers to resolve data quality problems.

Analytics Dashboards & Insights:

- Keep up to date with the best practices in BI and analytics.
- Suggest and apply improvements to existing BI processes and practices.
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their data needs and provide solutions.
- Encourage a collaborative environment for sharing insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Computer Science).
Demonstrable experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, with expertise in Amazon Redshift and Tableau.
Proficient SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries for data analysis.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Hands-on mentality and willingness for continuous learning.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
