How you'll make an impact
- As an Associate Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work across the entire application stack, from front-end to back-end, building scalable, high-performance systems.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, as well as implementing the server-side logic. The ideal candidate will have experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js.
What you'll do
- Design and develop user-facing features with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Implement server-side logic and services using Node.js and ensure seamless integration with the front-end.
- Develop cloud-native applications, utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement and maintain distributed systems that are highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant.
- Build RESTful APIs and manage data flow between front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications, from the front-end to the back-end.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems across the entire stack.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous learning culture of the team.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
What you'll bring with you
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
- Front-End Development: Experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Back-End Development: Exposure to Node.js and creating RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Exposure: Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and services (e.g., cloud storage, databases).
- Version Control: Exposure to Git and GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Databases: Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore) databases.
- Testing: Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
