We are looking for a Principal-level, US-based, customer-facing engineer who is deeply hands-on with large-scale, distributed data systems and passionate about solving complex customer problems. You Will

Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers using our big-data and high-scale services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations, often in live or near-live production contexts.
Reproduce, triage, and drive resolution of incidents in partnership with Product Engineering, SRE/CloudOps, and Support.
Lead deep-dive technical sessions with customers to understand their architectures, data flows, performance constraints, and success metrics.
Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements, technical requirements, and prioritized backlog items for Product Management and Engineering.
Guide customers through best practices for scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and observability when using our platform.
Mentor Support and Customer Success teams on technical topics so they can handle a broader range of issues independently.
Create high-quality technical assets: runbooks, knowledge base articles, reference architectures, sample code, and internal playbooks.
Participate in incident postmortems and drive improvements to product, tooling, and processes that reduce recurrence.

You Experience Includes

You Are

A strategic and customer-facing technical leader who operates at the intersection of product strategy, solution architecture, and Consent & Preferences domain expertise.

Comfortable engaging with executives, architects, engineers, product leaders, privacy teams, marketing stakeholders, identity teams, and governance leaders.

Deeply technical, but able to translate architectural tradeoffs and regulatory complexity into clear business outcomes.

A systems thinker who designs for scalability, reuse, security, resilience, and long-term platform maintainability while balancing immediate customer needs with broader platform strategy.

Your Experience Includes 

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, solutions consulting, technical product leadership, or strategic customer-facing roles in enterprise SaaS environments.

Significant experience in Consent Management, Preference Management, Privacy Technology, Identity-Based Consent, MarTech, Customer Data Platforms, Digital Experience platforms, or related domains.

Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to define requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, and drive adoption.

Experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS solutions, including APIs, integrations, data models, architecture patterns, identity-linked workflows, and secure implementation approaches.

Strong understanding of consent collection, preference centers, consent synchronization, consent governance models, identity resolution, privacy regulations such as GDPR/CCPA/ePrivacy, and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, UX, Privacy, Security, and GTM teams.

Deep understanding of consent collection, preference centers, consent synchronization, consent governance models, identity resolution, and cross-channel preference orchestration.

Experience creating reference architectures, reusable implementation patterns, best practices, or solution standards that improve scalability and customer outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the infrastructure strategy for our Kubernetes-based on-premises platform and cloud deployments. This includes architecting automated worker node deployments for Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and GCP; driving container-hardening initiatives to systematically eliminate CVEs; and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our distributed scanning and classification platform. You will act as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and collaborating closely with product security, engineering squads, and customer-facing teams.

Your Mission

Kubernetes Platform Architecture: Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud (AKS, EKS, GKE) and on-premises (K3s, microk8s) environments. Own the full lifecycle — cluster provisioning, upgrades, node pool management, and disaster recovery.
Deployment Automation & Marketplace Publishing: Develop and maintain automation using Helm, ARM templates, BICEP, Terraform, and CloudFormation to streamline worker node provisioning on Azure Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and Reduce customer setup complexity so clients don't need advanced Kubernetes expertise on-site.

The Challenge

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect (Privacy) to join our Technical Advisory team (part of Customer Success). This is a customer-facing role for someone who combines a strong technical foundation with attention to details, and the ability to build trust with customers.

You will work with privacy, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges, assess maturity and platform adoption, and provide clear recommendations across privacy processes, operating models, workflows, data, and integrations. You will act as a trusted advisor and product expert without owning hands-on implementation or configuration.

Previous privacy or OneTrust expertise is valuable, but it is not the defining requirement for this role. We are looking for someone with the attitude, consultancy skills, and technical capability to learn the privacy domain quickly and become a trusted advisor.

Your Mission

Lead outcome-focused discovery, advisory engagements, workshops, and expert sessions with customers.
Clarify customer objectives, constraints, stakeholders, and desired outcomes before recommending a path forward.
Translate business and regulatory needs into practical recommendations for privacy processes, workflows, data, integrations, and OneTrust capabilities.
Explain solution options, dependencies, trade-offs, and implications for scale at the appropriate level of detail.
Assess customer readiness, adoption barriers, process maturity, and solution direction; recommend pragmatic next steps.
Create clear, decision-ready deliverables such as current-state assessments, future-state recommendations, reference architectures, process guidance, and reusable patterns.
Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with both technical and executive audiences.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and other specialist teams to deliver consistent customer outcomes.
Capture recurring customer needs and translate them into feedback, enablement content, playbooks, and product opportunities.
Maintain clear advisory boundaries: provide strategic framing, product expertise, and guidance while enabling customers or delivery partners to execute implementation.

What you bring

Required

5+ years experience in consulting, technical advisory, solution consulting, customer success, business analysis, transformation, or another customer-facing problem-solving role.
A strong technical background in enterprise software (ideally SaaS), systems, data, workflow design, integrations, APIs, solution architecture, or a related field.
A consultative approach: you listen carefully, ask effective questions, structure ambiguity, and turn complex problems into clear recommendations.
Strong learning agility and a constructive attitude, including curiosity, ownership, humility, resilience, and openness to feedback.
The ability to connect customer objectives to practical technology and operating-model decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the message for executive, functional, and technical audiences.
Independent but also a team player
Experience influencing stakeholders and collaborating across functions without direct authority.
BA/BS in a related subject is required

Preferred

Experience in privacy, data protection, privacy operations, privacy technology, or a closely related field.
Experience with OneTrust Privacy Automation or comparable privacy-management platforms.
Familiarity with privacy regulations and frameworks
OneTrust certifications or relevant privacy credentials such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT
Experience advising enterprise customers on adoption, optimization, governance, or value realization.
Experience creating reusable advisory playbooks, reference architectures, or enablement materials.
Experience in using software for reporting and task management such as Salesforce
