Workday Integrations Specialist

Within the People Tech team, our mission is to facilitate business scalability for the long term by nurturing a data driven mindset through integrated systems and a user friendly employee experience.

Reporting to the Head of People Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining all integrations we already have live, including key payroll integrations with providers and payroll, as well as building new custom integrations into and out of workday. These will be integrations into docusign, bringing time tracking data into payroll directly.

What you’ll do: 

• Build new integrations, maintaining and improving already existing integrations
• Successfully bring all countries into payslip and provide all data without errors per the agreed design
• Integrate with Azure, to provision email addresses
• Optimise the greenhouse <> workday integration, by removing the excel sheet mapping upon which the integration runs

 

Your profile:

• You’re familiar with the Workday 
• Experience of Workday Studio Integrations
• Experience of PECI integrations
• General knowledge of Workday Processes
• Experience of SFTP servers
• Strong written and verbal communication
