UI/UX Developer

ExploreTech is seeking a UI/UX developer to join our team on a contract basis. ExploreTech was founded in 2023 to build cloud computing systems that speed up data analysis for mining, mineral exploration, and other heavy industries. We work with customers worldwide to discover and extract minerals used to build clean energy infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll help ExploreTech improve the front-end experience of the Engine, our cloud data storage and computing platform. Tasks & Responsibilities Design a beautiful user interface for the Engine Implement a functional interface for navigating cloud data storage and computing systems Build unit and integration tests to ensure a high-quality user experience Assist with backend system design as needed Engage with users to identify key needs and pain points Qualifications & Experience ReactJS experience Prior experience building front-end interfaces GitHub & collaborative software development best practices Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems Familiarity with Amazon Web Services Familiarity with REST APIs Preferably based in West Coast, North America Benefits Flexible work hours Fully remote work $70 – $100 / hr for contract work depending on experience Possible continuation of contract to full time hire.
