Tech Lead (Front-end)

About the role

• As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for the quality of the team's technical deliverables, establishing a technical vision with the development team, and working with developers to turn that vision into reality. 

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the front-end development team. 
• Design and participate in the architecture for front-endapplications for scalability and performance. 
• Lead front-enddevelopment efforts, ensuring clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. 
• Mentor Junior, Standard & Senior Developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. 
• Evaluate and recommend front-end technologies and tools to optimize development processes. 
• Create and maintaintechnical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives in front-end development practices. 
• Lead hybrid application development using React, ensuring applications are fast, efficient, and responsive. 
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement by staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. 
• Ensure the implementation of unit tests and functional tests to guarantee the correctness and quality of the code. 
• Implement basic security in front-end applications to protect data and functionality. 
• Develop and implement Micro front-end Architecture to enhance modularity and scalability of applications. 
• Adopt and promote Continuous Deployment philosophy to ensure fast and reliable software delivery, closely collaborating with DevOps teams. 

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience with front-end programming languages. 
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience. 
• Intermediate/advanced English level 
• Advanced knowledge in JavaScript, Angular, React, CSS, and HTML. 
• Knowledge of frameworks like React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Apache - Cordova, and Xamarin. 
• Knowledge of micro frontendarchitecture and its future implementation. 
• Familiarity with Continuous Deployment and DevOps practices. 
• Experience in Hybrid Application Development using React.  
• Experience in developing and publishing Hybrid or Native Mobile Applications to Google Play and App Store 
• Solid understanding of best practices in software development. 
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis of web platform issues. 
• Effective communication skills with developers, management teams, and stakeholders. 
• Exceptionalattentiontodetail, ensuringaccuracy and thoroughness in allaspectsof software development 
• Experience with Playwright is a plus.
